Donations to the fund go directly to benefit area youth who might not otherwise be able to participate and take advantage of music education and performance opportunities at RME. We are proud and thankful that because of generous pledges and donations from corporate organizations and private individuals, the fund has generated more than $74,000 to date. Every dollar donated to the fund goes directly to help young musicians in our community who need assistance to pay for private music lessons at RME, tuition for Rock Camp USA, Winter Blues, Sound Lab, or other educational program fees at RME. The Karli Rose Kell Music Scholarship Fund also sponsors the RME kazoos distributed free to thousands of area students visiting RME each year, and co-sponsors the annual Sudlow Jazz Invitational at RME. Karli Rose had a big heart and so many friends. She loved music and had only begun to realize the power of her own voice through song when she was abruptly taken from this world. She would be very proud to know the fund created in her name is making the joy of music possible for other children. We greatly appreciate your contribution.
